When he’s not trying to change the world by spreading financial literacy to the masses through speaking engagements, media contributions, and volunteer activities, he can be found spending time with Chase, his very spoiled child (Chase is actually a cat, but shhh - don’t tell Bruce that!).

Kevin Joseph

Most dads read their kids bedtime stories at night; Kevin takes a different approach and teaches his daughter Evelyn how to calculate compound interest rates. We’re just kidding but his passion for finance and going above and beyond for his clients has made him one of Barrie’s most respected residential and commercial Brokers.

With over 10 years experience in the industry, Kevin is the go-to resource for clients looking to secure the industry’s most favourable terms and receive strategic, unbiased advice on how to successfully grow their business and build wealth.

In his spare time, Kevin can often be found volunteering in the Barrie community or chauffeuring his daughter to her swimming or dance lessons and spending time with his wife, Katelyn.

Jonathan Doyle

Remember that kid in grade school who actually got excited when there was a surprise pop quiz? Well, he’s all grown up and is a partner at Anthem Mortgage! Jon Doyle is our resident “finance nerd” who loves nothing more than breaking down complex financing to its most simple form and showing clients how easy it can be to achieve their investment goals.

When he’s not structuring financing for commercial or investment real estate transactions, he and his wife Melanie can be found trying to achieve their own financial goal of earning enough money to pay for all the sports Evan and Keira, their two young children, are involved in.

Katelyn Joseph

While new to the world of finance, Katelyn is highly experienced in the world of customer service and strives to ensure each and every client leaves with a smile on their face.

Exceptionally well organized and with a keen eye for detail, Katelyn ensures clients’ applications are processed swiftly and correctly, ensuring a seamless, efficient process for everyone.

A lifelong resident of the Barrie area, Katelyn can often be found out exploring all that Simcoe county has to offer or planning their next vacation with her husband Kevin and daughter Evelyn.

Alfredo Torres

Alfredo began his career in finance with TD Bank in 2004, transitioning to Mortgage Broker in 2013. He loves nothing more than working with his clients to determine where they want to be in the future and then helping them plot a course to get there.

An avid member of the Barrie community, he can often be found volunteering at various events including Latinfest or spending time with his wife Karla, daughter Olivia, and his large, extended family. Are you ready to rumble? He’s also a huge fan of the WWE.

Holly Taylor

Since 2003, Holly has been the go-to resource for clients looking to source out better mortgage solutions. Her vast experience in the finance industry and unparalleled understanding of the real estate process allows her to help clients make the most informed decisions concerning their home ownership and investment goals.

Holly is joined by her son, Cole, in the Taylor Team - a mother-son investment powerhouse dedicated to providing clients with expert, personalized advice that will help them to realize their financial goals.

An outdoor enthusiast, Holly can often be found out hiking or boating or enjoying a glass of wine on a patio with her husband, Rick. They are long time residents of Barrie and have three wonderful adult children together.

Cole Taylor

Cole studied Business & Information Systems at Georgian College in Barrie and initially came from an I.T. background before making the transition into financing in 2012. Cole has been partnered with Holly – The Taylor Team and together they have attracted a very successful book of both satisfied and loyal clients in the residential mortgage market. He prides himself on integrity and transparency, always taking the time to educate his clients and prioritizing what is in their best interests.

Outside of his work, Cole describes himself as a geek, a gym rat, and a travel junkie. Some of his favourite places to visit include Thailand, the Philippines and Costa Rica.

Tracie Barnes

An experienced Mortgage Broker with a background in real estate development, Tracie brings a wealth of experience to the Anthem team. Having helped clients at all stages of the real estate investment journey including buying a first home, investing, separating/divorcing, planning for retirement, buying commercial properties, obtaining private lending, and credit-challenged borrowing, Tracie is highly adept at creating strategic plans for her clients that make it easy for them to achieve their financial goals.

Tracie is a dedicated mom to her two children and enjoys spending time outdoors with them as much as possible, golfing and biking all the beautiful trails that can be found in their ‘backyard’ aka Simcoe County.

Clayton Robinson

Mark Kowalchuk

Paul Catling

Originally from the Niagara Region, Paul graduated from Brock University and Seneca College before settling in Barrie where he has resided for the past 20 years. Yvonne Egan-MacNeil

After spending over 20 years in financial underwriting and risk analysis roles, Yvonne joined a mortgage investment corporation as the Senior Mortgage Underwriter and Exempt Market Dealing Representative and spent five years developing her knowledge in that area. Currently, Yvonne is completing the Canadian Securities Course and looking forward to using her substantial industry experience to help clients enjoy a stress-free journey finding suitable mortgage financing.

In her spare time, Yvonne enjoys the company of her husband, Tony, and their four children, especially if that time is spent watching the children play hockey and baseball.
